Here’s a vintage 1920 1930 black tulle net embellished with silver sequins. Maybe it was meant as a choker neck piece or perhaps a fancy apron for a vintage bed doll. Your choice. ~ whichever would be lovely. I have shown it as a neck piece.
The sequins are hand sewn on the long black netting in such a pretty design. A casing is formed at the top with piece of black faille ribbon pulled through the casing. Snaps at the back of ribbon would have fastened the piece.
