A wonderful bold colorful neck scarf from the 1920’s or perhaps teens – World War 1. The shaped neck scarf is made of a satin, either silk or silk – rayon. I believe the latter. A fabric design of bold flowers, in gorgeous colors, accents the top side. The under side, complimenting the floral, in a solid green. Appears to have had little or no usage.
