A calico primitive farmhouse sunbonnet from the early 1900’s. The wonderful old fabric is a maroon with white dot. The stiffened brim is embellished with a decorative thread stitch. A ruffle around the face area, with a tiny bit of lace edging the ruffle. A spectacular prairie bonnet for wearing or decorating purposes.
