A charming sewing tool from a time past. Dating later Victorian era. Made of a dark faille fabric the emory pincushion, is a replicate of a lady’s high top button shoe.
A scant 2″ tall, it is a miniature piece of art. Possibly even hand made. Tightly stuffed with emory, it is seamed down the middle of front, back and underside. Tiny straight pins are inserted along each of these seam lines. A nice embellishment to the shoe.
