A wonderful early 1900’s Bruckner cloth doll with lithograph pressed molded face attached to a cloth head. The 14″ doll also has hard stuffed arms, legs and body in a cotton muslin. She is wearing her original white under clothes, consisting of a chemise, half slip and bloomers.
Lace edges the legs of bloomers and the hem of the petticoat. She is wearing a wonderful early brown calico dress and great old plaid sunbonnet. The dress and bonnet are not original to doll but of appropriate.
This sweet rag doll was certainly played and loved by a child, as the cloth on her nose is gone … probably from all those kisses.
