A sweet early 1900’s, Edwardian child’s dress in a blue and white check homespun fabric. The dress sewn at home on a treadle machine. The bodice is constructed with wide vertical tucks on both the front and back of dress.
A wide fitted waistband separates the bodice from the boxed pleated skirt. The long sleeves are trimmed at the cuff with white embroidery eyelet trim. This simple trim also accents the neck line. Back of the dress fastens with pearl buttons to just below the waist.
