A hand made black knitted winter cape, capelet or shawl, with 3″ twisted fringe, from the later Victorian era. Dates 1890’s or about, the cape is in excellent condition. Made of a pretty style, with a scallop edge at the neck line and looped twisted fringe at the hem line.
