Looking for calico children’s clothing from long ago? Here is a cute style for an older girl made of a double pink calico or sometimes called cinnamon pink. The dress dates from the early 1890’s Victorian period.
It features a white eyelet yolk accented with a ruffle collar. Long full sleeves with the wide cuff trimmed in the same white eyelet. The bodice is gathered with shirring at the center waist band, both the front and back. Ten white pearl buttons fastens the back of the dress to the waist.
