What a lovely very wearable and stylish petticoat! From the late Victorian or early 1900’s a black cotton petticoat. Suitable for mourning costuming, Gothic or Steampunk. The skirt is made of of four fabric panels, flat in the front with a drawstring at the back of waist to adjust the fit.
At the hem line a wide ruffle. The ruffle consist of three sets of tuckwork with each set having four rows. Near the bottom of the ruffle, an under ruffle is added. The width of the wide ruffle is 13″ wide to the hem. The narrow under ruffle is 5″ wide.
Length from the waist to hem is 38″ long. Waist measurement is 22″.
