Vintage gold tinsel old Christmas tree garland roping from the 1920’s or 1930’s. Scale would be perfect for a small antique feather tree.
The roping is made with a thin copper wire wrapped in string through the center of the tinsel. The wire, of course, would bend and hold its shape if you were using for crafts or other projects.
