A lovely vintage 1930’s lace and tulle dress collar. Perfect for your vintage dress or adding to a new sewing project. The machine lace collar is made with a double tulle ruffle to give it sweet feminine appeal.
Eyelet whitework, in a flower pattern is overlaid over the tulle giving it an applique feeling. Snap closure to fasten. I suppose the collar could be worn either way, fastening in front or in back depending on the style of the dress. Creamy white color.
