Dating from the early 1950’s or possibly late 1940’s, a stunning summer white floor length wedding bridal gown including an undergarment slip and finger tip tulle veil.
This stunning dress is made of a organdy voile cotton fabric with raised embossed machine embroidery floral motif.
The features, which are many, start with the pretty bodice of a scallop V neckline, both on the front and back. The scallop design is repeated on the short cap sleeves of the gown. The bodice is fitted with both the front and back dipping to a V at the center waist.
To accentuate the waist, a thick rolled cording is sewn between the bodice and the skirt.
