Plain, sturdy and ease of movement describes this woman’s full length old bib apron. Dating from the early 1900’s to 1920’s, of which I lean more after 1910 to 1920.
The fabric is a medium weight woven maybe dimity or double weave with a dense look to it. In fact, it wasn’t until I examined in the light I could see it was maybe a dimity or something such. The apron is made of one width of fabric, selvage to selvage.
