Here’s a neat hand loomed beaded belt or sautoir from the 1920’s, Art Deco. Every girl then needed one, two or a few of these accessories for her fashionable wardrobe during the height of the jazz age.
This particular belt / necklace is in an Art Deco style, mainly of small round opaque beads in a white, with just a slight opalescence. The belt is embellished in a geometric design with round beads of two shades of green and golden rod yellow.
