Love these old mittens, made of dyed red-orange (not true red) mohair fuzzy knitted yarn or fabric. Splendid to display in a winter decorating scheme or country farmhouse primitive decor. The age of the lady’s mittens are from the late Edwardian to the 1920’s.
Made in one piece with hand sewing closing the curve around the fingers of the mitten. The thumb area is hand sewn to the mitten and the hem at the top is hand sewn.
