Here’s the real deal, a vintage post war 1 – 1920’s children pattern so suitable for retro sewing. The Ideal pattern 16418, from Montgomery Ward, features a combination underclothing, age 4, for under shirt and drawers.
One piece front with drop drawers buttoning at the back. Chest size 23″. Pattern pieces are unmarked, are complete and in nice condition. Sewing instructions are on the front of envelope.
