From the 1930’s, a pretty dress collar made of cream chiffon crepe and lace. Attached to the chiffon is a pretty piece of machine cotton lace of an openwork floral design. At the bottom edge, a piece of permanent pleated crepe forms the ruffle. Accenting the throat area, a floppy bow. Under the bow, a small pearl button fastens the collar.
A lovely collar for costuming or retro-fitting a vintage dress.
