This delightful Art Deco brass clamshell coin purse, dating to the 1920s–1930s, is a miniature study in style and craftsmanship. Made of solid, heavy cast brass—not the thin pressed metal seen in many lesser examples—it has developed a warm, even patina that beautifully suits its age.
