This Victorian tidy for milady dresser or bureau is charming with its decorative butterflies in each corner. Even the gorgeous lace edging lends a beautiful tone of refinement to the overall 11″ square doily.
Butterflies are embroidered in a yellow golden color set on satin or sateen maroon fabric. The pretty lace edging, in its floral motif, is an oatmeal color.
Back of the cloth is unfinished. (see photo) and was never meant to be otherwise.
