Description
Vintage 1920’s or 1930’s hand embroidered chair antimacassar or vanity dresser set doilies. This pretty set of 4 doilies are unused and never laundered. Very nice clean condition, the set consist of 2 small doilies plus 2 oblong doilies, each a different length. Fabric is probably a linen / cotton combination. Maybe what is called crash. Colorful embroidered flowers accented with french knots and outline stitch embellishes each piece. They are so pretty and would be perfect for a country cottage look.
Size: 2 small doilies 8-3/4″ long x 7-1/2″ wide. Shorter runner 34-1/2″ long x 13-3/4″ wide. Longer runner 43″ long x 13-3/4″ wide.
