A nice length of veiling for hat making or restoration . The black silk veiling dates from the 1920’s, perhaps a bit earlier or maybe even somewhat later. (1930’s – 1940’s) The yardage length is 5 yards long x 18″ wide. Design of the netting is a hexagon shape measuring 1/2″ in width. From the photograph you will also notice a pretty pattern accent on the one edge, which makes this veiling extra special. It is unused, however, I did find two flaws. One hole in the pretty design at the top and another in the netting.
