Description
A lovely pair of vintage layover pillow shams in a nice quality light weight linen fabric. Dating from the later Victorian or Edwardian era, the shams are embellished with pulled thread needlework at the lower edge of each sham. The gorgeous fanciwork is 3″ wide. The remainder of the fabric is plain. The motif features meandering stems of flowers with leaves. Overall size is 35″ long x 36″ wide.
Although not recently laundered the condition is very nice. Freshly laundered and pressed these would be very special on a bed.
