Description
I am offering a gorgeous unused linen damask fringed towel dating from the late Victorian early 1900’s Edwardian era. It has a beautiful damask border pattern in a floral motif accented with larger dots in the center of the towel. Hand knotted fringe on both ends of towel. Towels such as this were considered decorative show towels and would have hung on the back of the washstand in a bedroom.
All over length including the 5″ fringe on either end is 49″ long x 23-1/2″ wide.
Unused and very clean.
